Team of 11

One Pilot. One CoPilot. A Wingman of your choice.

The mPower 11 program is built around a core formation of three — a Pilot to lead, a CoPilot to co-navigate, and a Wingman you choose. Together, you build a geographic team of 11 entrepreneurs who own their market.

The formation

Every great team has a clear structure.

The Pilot, CoPilot, and Wingman model gives every team of 11 a defined leadership formation. Roles are intentional, responsibilities are clear, and every member knows where they fit — so the team moves as one.

The roles

Know your position. Own your role.

Pilot

The one who leads the formation.

The Pilot sets direction, holds the vision, and takes responsibility for the team's momentum in the geographic market. This is the entrepreneur who is ready to step into full leadership — not just of their own business, but of a collective.

CoPilot

The one who co-navigates.

The CoPilot works alongside the Pilot to keep the team aligned, accountable, and moving. Equal in commitment, complementary in strengths — the CoPilot is the partner who makes sure no one flies alone.

Wingman

The one you choose.

The Wingman is your pick — someone you trust, someone whose strengths complement yours, and someone who is ready to show up for the team. The Wingman brings loyalty, skill, and the willingness to cover your blind spots.

How it works

From formation to full team in three moves.

01

Form your core three

The Pilot and CoPilot connect with mPower 11 to establish the formation. Together, you identify and invite your Wingman — someone whose values, skills, and market position align with the team's direction.

02

Build out to 11

From your core formation, you recruit the remaining eight members of your geographic team. Each member is vetted for brand fit, market position, and commitment — no overlap, no conflict, all momentum.

03

Activate and own your market

With all 11 in place, your team operates as a unified force — sharing referrals, amplifying visibility, and building the kind of collective presence that no solo entrepreneur can replicate.

What's included

Membership is more than a network.

Role clarity session

A focused session to confirm your role — Pilot, CoPilot, or Wingman — and define your positioning within the team.

A built-in system for passing and receiving qualified referrals within your geographic team of 11.

Collective visibility

Co-marketing opportunities, shared content, and a unified presence that amplifies every member of the formation.

Priority access to individual and small-group coaching sessions as your role and business evolve.

Is this for you?

The formation works best when you're ready.

  • You're an entrepreneur or small business owner ready to lead, co-lead, or support a geographic team.
  • You operate in or want to own a specific local market.
  • You believe collaboration beats competition — and you're ready to prove it.
  • You already have someone in mind for your Wingman — or you're ready to find them.
  • You're coachable, consistent, and committed to showing up for your formation.

Your formation starts with one conversation.

Whether you're stepping in as a Pilot, CoPilot, or Wingman — the first move is yours. Spots are limited by design.
